Parent Institution Letter Requests
Students enrolling at a local institution to complete their UCC requirements who need a Parent Institution letter can request these from their on-site Program Advisor and must indicate ALL of the following in their request to ensure that we can provide the letter in a timely manner.

Dawgtag
SIU offsite location
Full name and location of other school
Name and course number of SIU course
Name and course number of course at other school
